The service is very poor. We ordered 3 beers and it was at a normal temperature. The waiter opened all bottles without letting us know the temperate which is a standard practice. Upon highlighting this issue, they refused to replace even 1 bottle. Nor worth the money or your precious time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

The ambience is superb. The menu is innovative and there is quite a selection of exotic and delicious dishes. We really enjoyed the Parmesan crusted chicken. Portions are very generous and plating is stylish. However, when we ordered Parsi style fish in banana leaves (described as having coconut-coriander marinade, the standard recipe, green in colour) we were served mustard fish tikka (bright yellow) with no other flavour. The kitchen's response was that there was coriander in the marinade! The customer is not a fool - please respect the description on your own menu. If something is unavailable, please feel free to mention this at the beginning. Service needs to be more professional and friendly. A 5star place in Prayagraj Guess where am I?? FIKA.. in Prayagraj. The ambience is a natural green, its cozy and gives you a goan cafe feel.. The menu is diverse ranging from breakfast specials to starters like Bao and Honey Chilli Lotus Stem to Sushi, Neapolitan pizzas, Dumplings to Desi Indian Food to non alcoholic cocktails, coffees(both hot and cold), regular drinks and soups. Serves both veg and non-veg. Tried Honey Chilli Lotus Stem which was a little sweet but delectable, the sweet corn soup was sumptuous and the chestnut dimsum was absolutely spot on. I have personally never liked all the dishes in a restaurant in Prayagraj but this place is all ticks. The ambience, quick service, friendly staff and classy vibes just add upto the experience. This place serves authentic cuisine hence, priced accordingly. Oh! Yes.. even the crockery used looks perfect as per the restaurant vibe. In all a perfect dining experience with ample sitting.
