For my son's birthday, we ordered a 6 kg cake for 6:30 pm, trusting the brand name. But they delivered the cake at 7.15 p.m and the cake is not properly set. Cake is not straight and is half melted, even the name is not placed staright. The delivery guys who came are hopeless and are not taking any action to correct the damaged cake they brought. They are only keen to collect the balance cake money. If there is zero star I can give only that and the cake delivered is not even worth for one star rating. FB cakes should apologise and should refund my full money by taking the responsibility for the faulty product and late happen by them Highly not recommended. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
