I purchased a half kg Butterscotch cake from the Coimbatore Chinniyampalayam branch at 12 PM. I kept the cake in the refrigerator for 3 hours and cut it at around 3 PM. While cutting the cake, there was a bad smell and it seemed spoiled.

I then approached the branch regarding this issue. They informed me that it might be due to the heat condition and also mentioned that Butterscotch cake usually smells like that.

However, the cake clearly appeared to be spoiled.

I ordered a cake and I received the receipt today for my friend’s birthday but I didn’t get the cake. They are not picking my call and no answer for messages also. Worst service and irresponsible to the customer. They spoiled my day. If you planning for a party don’t order in FB Cakes. They don’t even deserve a single star. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
