I'm really disappointed. The cake is extremely soggy, has a bad essence, and even smells rotten. To make things worse, I found hair in it. This is completely unacceptable. I request a full refund. Please let me know how to proceed

selling a caramel brownie online in more then MRP Price like double the rate..one I received the order I checked the pack in that it was mentioned caramel brownie MRB Is 89 but I have ordered the same in 159 for online..and I have asked them to heat that but they didn't heat that... while I receive the order that was worst
