We had very very bad and insulting experience from farrago house eatery restaurant.The owner itself took our order at 7pm and we waited till 7:40 for our food to arrive. There was no much crowd at that time.But food didn't came and just at 7:35 a lady at the reception enquired about our order but she didn't follow up about our order and simply sat there keeping mum. As no one had the responsibility to ask us about our order, as people who came after us was getting their food. The owner who himself took our order, who was walking to and froth before us, could see us waiting for more than half and hour, didn't have the courtsy to come and ask us. Later we called him and asked about the food, then he said ohh,there was some issue with the phone, that the order was not placed and transferred to the kitchen. Like wHat??.... Our time was wasted, we were regular customers, and such irresponsible customer service, they didn't have the courtsy to even apologise, we didn't make big issue, just addressed the issue and walked off.
