It's been 3+ months I've started taking meal in F7 eats. Was taking fat loss meal initially, along with the structured workouts they provide I could able to reduce almost 8-10 kgs. After I reached my ideal weight I've started taking muscle gain meal, I can see the results in that as well. They do have multiple meal packages available as per our nutrition requirements. They are tracking our progress and also gives nutritional counseling. Happy with the taste, time management and the friendly service by the whole team. Joined f7 eats for fat loss, it is working extraordinary. Before I didn't had any idea on nutrition part but now after starting meal here, with their proper guidance I'm able to maintain my other 2 meals also which is very helpful. And they used to track our weight also, in which we can see our progress by ourselves. Their time flexibility and panctuality appreciable. Everyone who's working out in F7 should try eats for sure. I started taking dinner from f7 eats regularly from past one month. I have been focussing completely on the diet plan outlined and updated with time by my nutritionists, Prema mam & Shalini mam. My goal is fat loss. And following up with consistent workout for one month, i can see great results in terms of weight reduction and bodily changes. Im able to push better during the workout sessions too. The food is wholesome and tasty. It leaves me near full with the calorie requirements met well with healthy tasty food, focussing on proteins. The service is also good from Vishwa and other cooking staff at f7 eats. The counseling support from the nutritionist regarding other food related doubts is also satisfying. I personally would recommend f7 eats for people looking for weight loss, provided you can consistently follow their diet instructions and balance the meals alongwith the workouts.
