The place is hard to find in mundwa. Though it's located 500m ahead of the mundwa signal. The ambience is ok. The food order time is more than 1 hour sometimes. The drinks are overpriced. The music is not so good. I would suggest that you can visit that place only for psychedelic events. For such parties FBEACH is the best place. The food is good.
They have a open sky dance floor. So if it's raining, u don't have any other option rather then just have food.
The crowd is not so good and happening. Local people may trouble you.

Go with your own risk!

I took the risk and went there after reading the reviews on Zomato. Listen to me foodies, they all are telling you the truth. This place is actually a junk. You can even spot open well (totally uncovered) in the middle of the restaurant. You may detect kitchen water taking a trip in the middle of the restaurant. Now coming to food quality, it wasn't up to the mark.

With all due respect to the pictures captured by Zomato for F Beach house nearly two years ago..the place looked like it did not have any improvements or renovations or maintenance ever since..very shady ambiance when our college went over there for a farewell party..the thing that made everything negative was the shady corners and the ill maintained sitting arrangements around the dance floor..the place did made us dance but failed to capture our conscience..the oddest thing was that we had to go to the buffet corner through a narrow lane on both sides of which there were washrooms..coming to the food..it was a tad better than the other side of dancing extravaganza (pun intended)..the ambiance,booze and food were not at all justified for the price to pay per person
