One morning, I bought milk packets along with sweets and bakery items. One of the milk packets was leaking, so I promptly informed the store owner via phone and WhatsApp. The business was professional and acknowledged the issue, offering a reimbursement. However, this incident did cause some unnecessary hesitation, as it had been a long time since I last received a defective milk packet.
