Using the lounge frequently from the past few months. Has been a smooth and comfortable experience while I wait for my train or avoid hotel booking for some time. Charges are pretty nominal, 50 rupees an hour. Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I was the only person at the reception but had to wait 4 minutes to get the lady’s attention :) 80 % of the lounge was empty however I was assigned a seat in the middle of a row. I was requested not to leave my baggage in the isle. The Executive lounge is connected to the other hall that has a restaurant. It’s an advantage as well as a nuisance. The toilet is not exclusive for the paying guests. While I visiting the toilet I saw someone washing his towel in the wash basin. A couple of waiters were also there. The entry had stairs, so you have to lift your heavy luggage to reach the hall - a ramp would be much convenient. For Rs. 50 an hour - you get your own place to sit at a rather crowded Howrah station. That’s the only USP. Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2
