I visited Everest Hotel, Aluva today (Wednesday, 7:15 PM) and had a very disappointing experience. The food quality was extremely poor — bland and tasteless. The hygiene standards were shockingly bad; if I could give a negative rating, it would be -3. To make matters worse, the staff and waiters were rude and unprofessional. Some appeared to be minors, judging by their physique, which raises serious concerns. Overall, not a place I would recommend at all. Very dissatisfied
