This very shameful act for our Indian system I booked the hotel from make my trip i trapped in the hotel we stayed at this worst hotel,which claims to be a four-star establishment, and paid like 4 star for our stay. However, we are extremely disappointed with the quality of service and overall experience, which did not match the expected standards of a 4 star hotel. The hotel infacr lacks basic requirements of a 4 star hotel like no basic amenities and is located in a sketchy area. To add to this, I am being charged extra for water bottles which was subpar and not worth paying for. Given the unsatisfactory experience,,as the services provided did not justify the cost. If this matter is not resolved amicably, I will have no choice but to share my experience on Google and I wrote a review on make my trip but they removed it shows all 5 star ratings are fake if any body dissatisfied the services then only they interested to right such a long review otherwise how can anyone give 5 or 4 even 3 stars such a terrible hotel Service: 1
