Pathetic Experience – Not Worth Even If It’s Free! I had one of the worst experiences at Estrela Do Mar Beach Resort – A Beach Property Goa. The staff was completely uncooperative. In the middle of a conversation, the receptionist just disconnected the phone — no explanation, no callback. That says a lot about their professionalism. I repeatedly requested for drinking water to be refilled, but no one bothered to respond. Eventually, I had to go to the restaurant myself, only to find the staff glued to the IPL match and showing zero interest in helping guests. It’s shocking that basic hospitality is missing at a so-called beach resort. This place doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating. I wouldn’t recommend this resort even if they offered to stay for free. Absolutely pathetic service — I've never seen anything like it in any hotel I've stayed at. Service: 1

I visited goa the second time and this time it was in north goa so i came up with this resort which tells a beach resort but later on there’s a beach after walking 200 metres away from the resort while a thought that it was on the beach but never mind the services, room quality as i booked a wooden cottage it was good and you are easily accessible to the vehicles you want to rent in front of the resort gate. Pool and jacuzzi were awesome and the buffet food was also good, room servies were okayish they take time a bit but the crowd and the location of the resort is the whole point of choosing this resort. They are making visitors foolish because my booking 19 and 20 November They show us bad rooms unorganized rooms like bad categories hotels reception manager not responding and miss guided that night we left this hotel without refunds please do not visit this hotel
