Review: (1 star) I ordered a vanilla fresh cream cake on June 3, 2025, from Esperance - Italian Café & Bakery / Cake Point, Mogappair with a specific silver balls design, but they delivered a different cake with chocolate design I had seen earlier at their shop. They also used blue cream for the text, which left stains even after washing with soap. When I called the staff, they said they’d check but then stopped answering my calls. Very disappointed with the service and false commitment. Not recommended for custom orders. Service: Delivery Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Today I visited here.. Ambiance very nice... Especially staff very kind man. He makes me tempt... I brought white forest cake it's very taste thank u... Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
