You ordered from Zomato, I asked you to raise refund request from Zomato. Why you are not doing that sir? Instead you asked us for refund directly. If you raise from Zomato there is a mechanism to verify your claim. You know you won't pass that claim. That's why you asked us for a refund directly. For genuine complaints, we have given a refund. Still if you can pass Zomato verification we are ready to refund if it is found genuine by them.
