Packing not good and I asked to provide a plate, but not provided. I never suggest this hotel to anybody, it is a bad experience for me.

I ordered 1 full Tandoori chicken for 440 + Delivery charge + GST. This is the first time I ordered from this restaurant. The chicken was very pathetic, it was not at all cooked. I am not sure, if this is same for all or not. When we are paying this much for food, we expect quality and taste. I called the no as for compalaint and refund, but no one answered the call. I am expecting a refund for the same. Please respond back. How do you expect a customer to repeat the order when you make this type of food. Fried rice was cooked in hurry the chicken in fried rice was old. Please improve the quality and do taste it everyday to sustain.
