Come to this cafe to taste nicely cooked Italian pasta, pizza and paneer. Come here and order good coffee. The positive aspect of Era Cafe & Restro is that the staff is courteous. The comfortable atmosphere makes a positive impression on guests. As for the Google rating, this place got 4.2.

Rude behaviour.. Most dishes always out of stock.. Visited them for rice bowl and there was no one to attend at 1st.. Later I was told it's not available.. This same thing happened twice.. No point having a good meal menu and nothing to serve during meal hours.. Plz improve.. Food: 3 Service: 1

This is not fair review. There is only one chef is avilable ain kitchen. And I already said you. But you want rice bowl immediately. That was not possible at that time. I told you on the call to wait for my call. But you immediately left the cafe.

Very worst service. They don't even remember what we have ordered and for a cappuccino they took 40 min to prepare. They even brought someone else's order to our table. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Hello Sushma Madam We used to work through kot system. You and your partner ordered Paneer Chili together. It takes 20 minutes to make. You confused our captain and you too. After we trying to give you best. Sorry for inconvenience.

Cappuccino took 1 hour for service, but we where served Nescafe. Worst service and wrong order at table.Dont get fooled because of funky menu. Also see the smart response from the restaurant below. Hope your captain doesn't know what's in the menu, wondering how he heard Paneer Chilli. It's a shame that the cafe doesn't have coffee brewing machine Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
