Episode One, Powai is a fantastic place with a great vibe and beautifully designed interiors. The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-presented, while the drinks complemented everything perfectly. The staff was courteous, attentive, and made the overall experience even better. A perfect spot for brunch, dinner, or catching up with friends. Would definitely visit again! One of the worst experiences I've ever had was on the night of 10th July (Friday). We were initially told that no tables were available but that we'd be given one as soon as one became free. Since we were already inside the club, we ordered drinks at the bar and waited. There weren't even any chairs available at the bar counter. After some time, tables became available, but when we went to sit, we were suddenly told that we had to pay ₹8,000 just to get a table. This was never mentioned before we entered or while we were waiting inside. This wasn't my first visit to Episode, which made the experience even more disappointing. If there's a cover charge or minimum spend for table seating, it should be communicated clearly before letting guests in. Very poor management and a complete lack of transparency. Definitely not visiting again. Service: 1
