Extremely poor service. Staff took way too long to deliver basic stuff and the manager was rude. Would not recommend visiting.

We went to Episode One after reading some positive reviews. however the experience didn't turned out any good.they have huge seating area (with music, tv etc), but they made us sit in a separate small area which was cut off from the main lounge. not only it was secluded, the place smelled awful. we asked to put some room freshener, but it didn't help either. we kept asking to be seated in the main lounge, but they kept ignoring my requests.finally we ordered food and drink, and the person taking the orders seems least interested to attend. the food portion were not good, drinks were decent.we ordered a few starters and then left without ordering main course. the smell in the room was a big deterrent and we moved out, as I couldn't stand the smell. I am not coming back again. didn't like the experience at all.(we moved to another nearby restaurant to have dinner, where the hospitality was good.)
