Tasted something very unusual in Guwahati..i bet no one will find this dish near Guwahati anywhere. It's healthy, high in protein with lots of veggies, even people who are in strict diet can have this dish. The name is Famous "EMA DATSHI" its is a spicy bhutanese stew, recognized as the national dish of Bhutan.
