Nice ambience but the open air portion of the restauranr was slippery in the rain. Menu is limited. Service was extremely slow and the singular wait staff didn't really know what the dishes were. Each item was one worse that the other - and we could not wait to leave the restaurant. The steak was too tough to chew, but my friend powered through somehow because he didn't want to waste it. When we confronted the staff, they said they hadn't received any cooking instruction, so they made the steak well done. But shouldn't the wait staff ask the customer, if so. The beef mac and cheese was barely touched by us, so they took it off the bill. That barely made a dent in the final cost though. Someone on the staff told us that they were doing a 'soft launch' and 'had not done any promotions of their restaurant'. It felt like he was asking us why did we visit the restaurant :/ Anyway if it is a soft launch, shouldn't you serve your best food? Also, if you don't have enough staff and the kitchen is scrambling to prepare quality food, you can't justify the large price of the dishes. I came here after reading the recent good reviews. After our unfortunate experience, I am doubting their validity. Prior to Covid, Entree had had good food. Now, I will not be coming back.
