We are staying at the hotel and decided to eat at the restaurant also. The environment was quiet but very calm and enjoyable. The staff were very attentive and the food was delicious and very reasonably priced. Would recommend! Great service from Rohit, Viaishnavi, Anklet. Service: 5

Before I begin I'll just say this isn't a sponsored review nor am I related to the owners in any way. If I could, I would give this hotel a 6 rating. I rarely review a place, let alone a hotel. But this one deserves a mention. I have stayed in Marriott, ITC etc. They're good, but no other hotel impressed me as much as Enrise by Sayaji Lonavala. This hotel ticks all the boxes. Even if you try to find something negative, you would give up. The best thing about the hotel is its location. Right in the heart of the city centre. Restaurants, shopping place, chikki & fudge shops are all at walking distance. The famous Narayan Dham Temple, Mapro Garden & Khandala Lake are all within 5-10 mins of driving time. The architecture is eye-catching. The interior decor and choice of colors is immaculate. Even from the smallest details of bathroom fittings to the wallpapers, sofa and coffee table. The room is well lit, like it is the brightest room I've ever stayed in. Same goes for the bathroom. It is spacious and welcoming. This was the first time I didn't get to try the local cuisine because the hotel food was masterchef level. From the presentation, to the taste. And it was extremely well priced. No meal costed more than ₹2,000 for 3 of us. The breakfast spread was okay on few days and very appetizing on one day. We had booked for 4 days. The entrance, reception, lift are extremely well thought. Interior designer has done a good job. The construction is amazing. Even the staircase, which is rarely used, had black gloss tiles and it was clean. It is a new property (turning 1 on 16th March) and well maintained. We had got a hill view room and that was icing on cake. There are rooms which face the street, try to call the hotel as soon as you book to make your request. The staff is friendly, polite and accommodate requests well. They do take some time in preparing the meal, but I guess it is prepared fresh hence. We booked sightseeing cab from the hotel itself and it was very decently priced. The swimming pool is small, not deep but works. At least they have it. The owner's dad's b'day fell on the same day as my dad's b'day. They greeted us and it was a nice meet. They've put their heart and soul into this hotel. I've been told this group has other properties. If I visit Lonavala again, it will be for this hotel and not the place. Rooms: 5 Service: 4 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view
