This was honestly one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The place is extremely overhyped and nowhere close to what they show in pictures. Hygiene was a major issue — the rooms were unclean, bedsheets didn’t feel fresh, and the washroom condition was unacceptable. The overall maintenance of the property is very poor, and it clearly lacks basic cleanliness standards. Service: 1

I had a wonderful experience at The Royal Retreat Hotel & Spa. The hotel has a beautiful royal ambiance, clean and comfortable rooms, and a very peaceful atmosphere. The entire staff is extremely polite and helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Vikram Singh Deora from the Front Office for his exceptional support. I had mistakenly selected the wrong check-in date, but he coordinated with the Agoda agent, helped process my refund, arranged my same-day check-in, and even provided a complimentary room upgrade (subject to availability). Service: 5

All that ambience crafted to perfection and everything is meticulously crafted to great details. Architectural marvel and an interesting well designed seating as well as cottages. Staff is well mannered and personal attention from Mr. Sahil and Ms. Rumpee das in the darbaar hall restaurant was stand out for us on our visit there Service: 5
