The hotel has a lot going for it—good food, an ideal location, and clean, comfortable rooms. However, the service was a major letdown. The reception staff were unhelpful and at times rude, especially when I asked for help with a WiFi issue that was never resolved. I also requested a travel adapter, which they promised to send to my room, but it never arrived despite follow-ups. A disappointing experience given the potential. Service: 1

I remembered visiting OCTOBER 2019! I had a wonderful stay at Lemon Tree Hotel, Ahmedabad. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was disciplined and courteous. I was impressed to see the hotel employing a diverse team, including 8-10 deaf staff members, who were performing various roles such as housekeeping and waiting tables with great professionalism. The breakfast was simple yet amazing, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully designed. The hotel's location is convenient, being close to local shopping areas, restaurants, and petrol stations. Overall, a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend it! Service: 5
