One of my very bad experiences at a dining place like this, we ordered chicken lasagna which was not at all good, the layers were very starchy and not something close to pasta, even the filling which was minced chicken was not properly cooked. Next we ordered white sauce pasta with garlic bread. The garlic bread without any butter was very hard to bite and the white sauce pasta again was not properly cooked, the pasta weren't boiled properly, we couldn't have half of it also. I was really sad to see that a place with such good ambience do not serve good food.

Even the service is way too pathetic, we had to ask for the menu also , and it took them full half an hour or more for just two dishes.

By no means enchanted, it was an utter disappointment when we entered. To start with, AC wasn’t working and I had to call the person thrice to attend to our table and switch on a fan. Food was decent but the overall ambience was not that great. A lot of potential wasted, I would say

worst place to go, bad attitude staff and no sense of courtesy. I waited for food for one hr and after giving partial order they cancelled rest of the order that after one hr. such bad experience with family. Waste of time and worst ever experience of dining ever. @Enchanted Garden Sucks!!!
