I recently visited Empire Of Biriyani Multicuisine for dinner and had a mixed experience. Here's a detailed account of my visit: **Ambiance:** The restaurant has a pleasant ambiance, which creates a comfortable dining atmosphere. However, the music selection was quite boring and did not add to the overall experience. **Food:** We ordered a plate of chicken seekh kebab for starters, mutton biryani for the main course, and a masala cold drink as a beverage. - The chicken seekh kebab was disappointing and lacked the expected flavor. - The mutton biryani, on the other hand, was delicious and the highlight of our meal. **Service:** Unfortunately, the service was below par: - The waitstaff denied the availability of many items we chose from the menu, which was frustrating. - They did not serve the masala cold drink we ordered. - The waitstaff did not greet guests with a smile, which gave an impression of unprofessionalism. - When it was time to pay, I informed the waiter that I would use a credit card. However, they brought a QR code for UPI payment instead. I had to go to the counter for card payment, which was inconvenient. Overall, while the food had its highs and lows, the service left much to be desired. I hope they can improve their customer service and attention to detail in the future.
