Absolute crappy food at Empire restaurants. Everytime I eat here I fall sick. Even my friend fell sick after having it here this time. Service is hopeless. They forget what I ordered also. Even if there is less crowd they took so long to bring the food. Anyways, i will not eat at this restaurant again. Its shit

*Review:*I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this hotel, and I feel compelled to share it. The service and food quality were both absolutely unacceptable.*Food Quality*: We were served cold food, which is simply inexcusable. When we requested hot food, they took the same plates, put them in the oven, and served them again. To make matters worse, we were able to see this happening through the security camera monitor placed on the first floor. This lack of attention to detail and disregard for customer satisfaction is alarming.*Service*: The service was even more frustrating. We ordered a *lime soda* and asked for it to be served cold. Instead of properly replacing it with a cold one, they just added ice to the room-temperature soda, which completely ruined the taste. This shows a lack of care and effort to meet basic customer expectations.Overall, this was a *very disappointing* experience, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are plenty of other places offering better quality food and service. I hope they take this feedback seriously and work on improving both their food quality and customer service standards.

We went last Sunday after church service for a quick bite. The place is amazing, and the food is good, but the service was terrible. There were so many staff on the floor, yet they couldn’t handle the operations properly. There was no AP knife, and it took 30 minutes just to get chilled water. The staff were mannerless, lacked basic etiquette, and didn’t know how to handle situations. No one smiled—not even the managers. They were overly casual, talking loudly right next to the tables. The unprofessional service makes the place feel like an economical choice rather than a quality restaurant. This place has potential, but serious staff training is needed Service: 1
