Emma's Pizza Kitchen is one of the best pizza places I have ever been to. We had a Mojito and a Chicken Tikka Pizza (I know a Chicken Tikka Pizza is not authentic Italian dish but why not indian flavours in India?) and both were terrific! Taste and Texture both perfect, baked within 4-5 minutes and most importantly, you can see your pizza getting prepared and baked. It's such a wonderful feeling. People in the reviews have noted that the service is slow but as per my experience it was not. We ordered the pizza and it was on our table within 10 mins and withing 20-25 minutes we were done eating and had left. The pizza was delicious but did not make us feel bloated or anything and we (me and my gf) were on a food trip and could explore other food as well even after eating a whole pizza between just the 2 of us. Not up to mark !! Bad delivery service and on top no customer care at all!! Pizza was delivered in a very bad state and when asked why? Blame games by Emma’s kitchen on Swiggy and Swiggy on Emma’s kitchen ..when asked for new pizza it was refused. And also refund was refused ..All happened at night delivery from 10am to 1am .. I had to make 100 calls and then finally sleep with no pizza and no money refund. Shame on the restaurant and the Swiggy delivery guys .. easy to take others money and then when failed to deliver say sorry and get away..
