Extremely disappointed with the experience at Emma’s. We travelled all the way from Andheri (over 1 hour) just to have pizza here because we love the food. Their timings mention they are open till 12 AM, and we even informed them in advance that we’d be reaching around 10:55 PM. We had pre-ordered our food as well.However, when we arrived, the staff refused to let us dine in and kept insisting we leave, even though another customer was still being served and their food was being prepared. We quickly finished our food, but the staff continued to argue with us to leave. To make matters worse, they switched off the AC and lights in the section where we were sitting, which felt extremely unwelcoming.The food here is no doubt great, and that’s the only reason we travelled so far. But the hospitality and the way the staff treated us was unacceptable. Very poor customer service, and sadly, this has put us off from ever visiting again.

Emma's Pizza Kitchen is my go-to place for amazing pasta! The taste is really good, and the prices are super pocket-friendly. It’s a great spot to enjoy a meal without spending too much. The only downfall is the washroom it could definitely be better and maintained. Other than that, the food and service are top-notch! Meal type: Brunch Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Menu is all vegetarian

Not up to mark !! Bad delivery service and on top no customer care at all!! Pizza was delivered in a very bad state and when asked why? Blame games by Emma’s kitchen on Swiggy and Swiggy on Emma’s kitchen ..when asked for new pizza it was refused. And also refund was refused ..All happened at night delivery from 10am to 1am .. I had to make 100 calls and then finally sleep with no pizza and no money refund. Shame on the restaurant and the Swiggy delivery guys .. easy to take others money and then when failed to deliver say sorry and get away..
