I had a terrible experience at emirates food land & owner Jiyavudeen. I GOT FOOD POISONING AFTER EATING HERE — WITHIN HOURS, I WAS VOMITING AND FEELING EXTREMELY SICK. The shawarma i had tasted off, but i never expected it would lead to such a serious health issue. THE FOOD WAS ABSOLUTELY GARBAGE— POORLY COOKED, LACKING FLAVOR, AND NOWHERE NEAR FRESH. I ordered a special plate of shawarma, and it was clear the chicken used was nothing but scraps and leftovers — dry, rubbery, and tasted like it had been sitting out for a long days. It felt more like they were serving kitchen waste than actual food. WHAT MADE IT EVEN WORSE WAS THE OWNER JIYAVUDEEN BEHAVIOR. When i tried to raise my concerns, the owner was incredibly rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. Instead of addressing concerns, the owner dismissed them with attitude and hostility. Absolutely no sense of customer service or basic courtesy. HE IS PURELY A MONEY-MINDED PERSON. There are plenty of better restaurants out there — avoid this place if you care about health, hygiene, quality, safety and respectful treatment. Something is very wrong in their kitchen.
