Beware of Fraudulent Promotions at Elude Microbrewery, Zirakpur! I had a highly disappointing experience with Elude Microbrewery regarding their coupon book promotion for 2024. They approached customers, including me, with an attractive offer—pay upfront for a booklet of discount coupons to use throughout the year. However, once we tried to redeem these coupons, the staff outright denied honoring them, leaving us embarrassed in front of our guests. When confronted, the owner initially requested not to post negative reviews, claiming "management changes" and promising the coupons would be valid from December 2024 onwards. Later, this was again postponed to February 2024, and now, the new management has completely refused to acknowledge the previous commitments. This is a clear case of misleading customers, taking money upfront, and then refusing to honor their own promotions. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed! Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Worst place ever. Don’t go there. They are cheats. They add service charge to your bill and make it mandatory to pay which is illegal. Ordered a royal salute, instead they gave me a 30 mL red bull and when I told them that it is just red bull they just denied and said it is royal salute. Beware of this place! Completely shady place. It should be closed down by the authorities.

They are scammers. They scam in bill, drinks and food as well. You will find lucrative girl somewhere and she will bring you here. They have girls staff who bring boys in here and they order drinks which are expensive. Stay away from this place. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
