Hi, We take feedback very seriously, and after thoroughly checking our records, the claims made in your review do not reflect any situation we have encountered and appear to be inaccurate. We always strive to provide timely and respectful service to every guest. After reviewing our CCTV footage, we can confirm that you entered the place at 10.44 pm, your order was placed at 10.46 pm and it was served at 10.47 pm. Also, we observed that after once your order was served, you along with your friends went to the other café nearby while one of your friends kept waiting at our place with the order for more than 10 minutes. It was at 10.57 pm when one of your friends came back and joined his friend who was waiting there. As it is known, the café shuts at 11 pm every day as per the city’s law; the indoor area was getting closed while the outdoor area lights were open even after 11 pm where you people were having your meal. It is also to state that your other friends came at 11.01 pm from the other café and got some packed food from there. Though we do not allow any outside food at our place, our staff didn’t stop you and allowed you to eat the food from the other place as well. Additionally, your statement that our staff turned off the lights and asked you to leave is simply not true. It is evident from the video footage that our team kept the outdoor lights on past closing time and ensured you had the space and time to enjoy your meal when you asked them to keep the lights on after the lights of nearby café got closed. You left at 11.09 pm until when the outdoor lights were on and there was another customer who was comfortably sitting outside and having his coffee all this time. We have his testimony to support it. We have the screenshots with the time stamp for the reference. We value transparency and integrity, and we respectfully request that reviews reflect factual experiences so they can serve as a genuine guide to others.
