the cake order was received in this condition with all its layers badly shaken and spoiled. It didn't really looked like a cake which was ordered. spoiled my occassion. Disgusting act whosoever did it be it Elmontes who prepared and packed the order or the Zomato delivery guy. Person at fault should be punished. Worst experience ever.. will Zomato ever bother to refund my amount paid for the spoiled cake. Zero star rating for the whole bad experience to Zomato first and second Elmontes.
