Highly incompetent team, orders won't be served even after 60 min , no courtesy, they won't even know who has ordered what. Can't handle the Weekend crowd at all. And house flies are plenty...

Terrible customer service. This place was good earlier, now the quality and service is pathetic. You will end up waiting for 30 min even for someone to take the order. They forgot to give butter with Akki Rotti and when asked no one responded properly. If you can't serve please tell properly there are many other places we can go. Don't think this is the only place we have. If you can't serve your customers then close the restaurant. It has been awesome lunch Today as i stepped out of my home, no clue where to visit. just wanted to explore something new. Here close by to my place, i found it at elephant's High cafe. Beautiful greenery & a simple authentic lunch thali, drizzling outside. Yummy- Puliyogere, akki roti, metti chutney, curd, kosambari. It was just enough & perfectly customised for a satisfying meal. As a show stopper - ordered for ragi halbai that melted in mouth. Just couldn't stop myself from packing it for my family. So happy, could visit this place. As of today & with my experience, i recommend it. The only draw back is, mosquito, as the place has plants around. It needs some extra efforts. Also a leisurely place, can't expect a quick lunch to be served. It took time to prepare fresh. But once it arrived, it was worth the wait. Thankyou to everyone, who made this meal possible. Service also is friendly & neat. Thankyou sandeep for checking about quality, taste of food, not just serving as a duty.
