We went back to this place a second time because we had liked it the first time and called for their double smash beef patty burger again...and then our eating experience was ruined... The food was good, the drink was good but the experience was killed for us when the waiter upon request to slice the burger into halves, ended up splitting it on our table in a way that the entire patty dismantled into crumbs out of the burger... This was the most disappointing experience because he realised what he had done when I simply asked him to stop and he started to assemble the disintegrated patty back into the bun with a knife and a fork. It was so unappetizing to watch our food get ruined in front of our eyes. Plus upon being stopped, they didn't have the courtesy to just take the burger away and get us another fresh one instead. Food is as much a visual experience as it is olfactory and on the taste and for such a good place otherwise, this was extremely disappointing for us for the evening. On top of this, when my partner got upset, the waiter with a tied hairbun asked him to "chill" which I felt was very offensive given that they had already ruined the burger. It was a bad experience overall and I hope the management can take note of these reviews seriously. Not sure if I'll ever want to try their burger again here.
