One of the Worst Dining Experiences – Avoid This Place We visited this restaurant for dinner with high expectations, but it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences we’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was disappointing and frustrating.**Service:** Even though we were the only guests during early dinner hours, the staff was extremely slow and unprofessional. Orders took forever, and there was no sense of attentiveness or courtesy.**Offers:** We booked via Swiggy Dineout with complimentary mocktails included. The staff first denied it, blaming Swiggy, and only after repeated insistence gave us drinks in tiny glasses, while other guests later received the same drinks in full-sized ones.**Food:** We ordered white sauce broccoli, spring rolls, and paneer sizzler. The broccoli and spring rolls were served ice cold, and the staff didn’t even bother to apologize. Despite requesting non-spicy food, the paneer sizzler was unbearably spicy, making it extremely uncomfortable to eat.**Billing:** To make matters worse, the final bill (which also took another 20 minutes to arrive) included a compulsory service charge. Given the poor service, I requested its removal. Instead of handling this gracefully, the staff argued and only removed it after repeated pressure.**Overall:** The combination of poor service, misleading offers, cold and badly prepared food, and unfair billing practices makes this place one I would strongly advise avoiding. The name “Saatvik” suggests purity and quality, but the reality is completely opposite. Many better restaurants in the city provide far superior food and customer care. **PATHETIC and EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCE — not worth visiting even once.**

After I ordered, I immediately called and informed the restaurant to use less oil/ghee in the dish but oil was too much. Also the taste was not as I expected it will be.
