Ordering good mushroom ravioli, beef carpaccio and Italian pasta is a pleasant experience here. Enjoy the nicely cooked Italian tiramisu, it's quite tasty. The whole impression won't be complete without wine that is delicious here. It's a must to order great coffee when visiting this restaurant.

Tried the new six-course Italian brunch at Elba Trading Co., and it was absolutely worth the hype! Every course, from the fresh focaccia starters to the handmade pasta and the eggless tiramisu, was crafted with care. The flavors were on point, the portions well-balanced, and the vibe relaxed yet elegant. Though the space is minimal with limited seating, the hospitality more than makes up for it. Me and my friends had a great time — definitely a must-try for brunch ppl looking for something unique and authentic.

This was the second time I went to ETC with my family. The first time was really great food and experience wise. There ambience is also amazing.But when the same dishes were ordered by us this time,it was a total disappointment. The Aubergine Parmigiana was undercooked to the extent that,some of it had to be left. And the overall taste of the food seemed mediocre this time. Really hope they take this review as a positive criticism and work their way up to be like the earlier times.
