I would like to give a constructive criticism to this order. The Quantity was sufficient enough. This was the good part. What stopped me from rating a 5 star is the Quality of the Biryani. It had a strong burnt flavour and also one of the chicken pieces was half burnt on the outside. Rather than trying to serve some colourful rice, you should really do a market testing and then come up with a good recipe. Trying referring from GOOD BIRYANI PLACES IN CUTTACK. The biryani was not totally bad as it was still edible and was Okayish. Hope you guys improve on this. And your strategy to add a Thank you letter is something which I liked too.
