I ordered my son's first birthday cake from this bakery as I heard all good things about it. But I was sourly disappointed. Firstly I was shocked when I saw a wrong name printed on the cake instead of my baby's real name which was clearly embarrassing. And she acted like it was our fault. She told us that the mistake would have been rectified if we would tell her about it before the party. She was unbelievable! ! Like we had time to do that. Secondly the finishing was not up to the mark which is clear in the pictures below. Thirdly a business person should be polite in her or his matters. It doesn't hurt to be a little humble. It's not like the service was for free.

Ma'am first of all to be very clear I didn't said that it was your fault , It was totally my fault I accepted it that time only, and i had apologized so many times that I have mistakenly written your babies name wrong.. And ma'am no one can identify the speech of tone on text chat ,also Yes i said that if you would have seen this before i would have come to your place and rearrange the letters and put T And H in the name itself I was really very sorry to your husband that time too . secondly the decoration of the cake was perfect before the delivery I had personally delivered your cake and ensure the hotel staff to keep it safe and showed , it was perfectly fine .By putting picture on Google platform making my customer to rethink before ordering was not a good idea to post ma’am I was sorry that time too and now also… I am a human ma'am mistake happens from everyone. I can understand your feelings ma’am that it was your baby’s first birthday but it happened ma’am I am really very sorry for that day.
