I tried Edwins Biriyani Hut at Mekkad Society Junction, and it's a biryani place worth checking out. They serve both beef and chicken biryani, and it's not only tasty but comes in big portions. On Sundays, they also offer various curries like Beef roast, chicken curry, chicken 65, manga curry, kaalan, beef and kaaya etc. All these dishes taste really good, and I'd recommend giving them a try if you're in Mekkad.
