The experience is good...calm environment...staff is too friendly....got a very good positive vibe.... I have visited Echoes multiple times in the past, but after returning recently after a long gap, I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I had ordered lasagna before, which used to be one of the best dishes, but this time it was served in the worst possible way. We also ordered a couple of other items, but the quality and quantity of everything were horrible. Just four dishes cost us nearly ₹2400, which felt completely unreasonable for the poor standard of food and quantity served. We could barely eat any of it and ultimately had to go elsewhere to satisfy our hunger.While I truly respect and sympathize with the hardworking staff and the unique concept of Echoes, this experience was very disheartening. Spending our hard-earned money on such unsatisfactory food was painful, and unfortunately, I do not see myself visiting again.
