We had pre booked our table at Prego via Swiggy Dineout a day before. When we reached there we were informed that they are not serving ala carte menu and the only option is a pre-set menu. The menu wasn’t suitable for us. We had to goto another resturant because of that. They did not have the courtesy to inform about this; note we had booked a day prior. This was an ambush. Service: 1

Had a great lunch at Prego - The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace and it turned out to be a very pleasant Italian experience. We ordered the Arrabbiata Pasta and the Margherita Pizza, and both were excellent. The pizza had an airy, light crust with a generous amount of sauce — simple, comforting, and nicely balanced. The Arrabbiata was on the spicier side, which we enjoyed, as it added a bold kick. They also served a complimentary bread basket with mushroom butter, jalapeños, and mascarpone cheese, which was a lovely touch and a great way to start the meal. Another highlight is that they have outdoor poolside seating as well, which looked perfect for a relaxed, scenic dining experience. Located inside The Westin Hyderabad Mindspace, the ambience is classy yet comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a relaxed lunch or special meal — and would happily return to try more from the menu!
