A Beautifully Unique Café Experience I had the pleasure of visiting Echoes, a truly special place that stands out not just for its delicious food but for its heart and purpose. The café is run by an incredible team of deaf and mute staff, and the experience was both humbling and inspiring. Ordering is a little different here, but the process is smooth and well thought out. They use visual menus, order forms, and helpful gestures to guide you through. The staff were kind, attentive, and efficient—communication was never an issue, just a different and meaningful way of interacting. Now, the food? Absolutely amazing. Every dish we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. You can tell there’s a lot of care put into both the service and the food. This café isn’t just about eating—it’s about breaking barriers, celebrating inclusivity, and walking away with a full heart (and stomach).
