Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service I had a very unpleasant experience at this café. The customer service was extremely disappointing. When my friend and I arrived, we sat outside waiting to place an order. After 10-15 minutes, a lady (most likely the owner) approached us in an arrogant manner, stating that this was a self-order shop. The tone and attitude were completely unwelcoming. Despite this, I decided to give the food a try and went inside to order—only to find that most items, including something as basic as orange juice, were unavailable. It was frustrating and unprofessional for a café to have such limited options. While the location and atmosphere are good, the rude approach towards customers completely ruins the experience. After my visit, I checked other Google reviews and noticed that many people have faced similar treatment. It seems like poor customer service is a recurring issue here. Would not recommend this place unless they seriously improve their attitude towards customers. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Eatopia Cafe is a cozy spot with a great selection of food and drinks. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, making it a good place to relax or catch up with friends.
