I have ordered only two times and I kind of like their food.This place is actually pretty far from my home which is why they take really long time to deliver. I have had their Nutella waffles which I absolutely loved, their best dish I think. I think I ordered cheese storm pizza which was fine, not that satisfactory. The veggie burger was pretty good. Earlier I have had fire fries which were straight out of McCain's masala fries(very oily) and Oreo shake which was disappointing. All in all, pretty average place but won't mind ordering again.

I got their food for home delivery, it was my first time trying it.
Ordered Kaatilana burger, doner kabab and nutella waffle.

On a scale of 1-5:
burger: 1. [ the patty was so hard that after eating half of it I had to just quit eating ]

please improve it.

doner kebab: 4 [it was good]

nutella waffle: 2 [generous amount of nutella but the waffle was more like a chewy pancake].

Just 'Eatlo'. Yes you heard it right: lovely food, awesome service and what not. I started with eatlo few years back as probably one of their initial customers. Lovely vada paaos, burgers, donar kababs and something that deserves a special mention is the Ice Tea. Not only the dining (shipra mall) but their home delievery also deserves an appreciation. Excellent packaging, the delievery boys are nice and people who takes these orders over the calls are fabulous to deal with. I have seen eatlo growing over the years and i would love to see you growing. The menu, the rate card has also grown though but not to forget the quality of food is excellent. My advice to you is to be prepared for the competition as lot of fooding joints are coming up. Come up with with some schemes for your customers, like birthdays gifts, anniversary cakes or something for your customers. Get your data prepared and make some lucrative deals. Expand ur reach. Thumbs up from my end. U guys r awesome !!
