Visited Eating Circles recently and had a mixed experience. The dosa was definitely the highlight — that texture is very hard to achieve, and they nailed it perfectly. The Karnataka-style sambar was good in taste, though it didn’t feel very authentic. The neer dosa was slightly sticky, which took away from the experience a bit. The bisibelebath arrived within 10 seconds of ordering, which honestly felt like it was already waiting to be served.
