Kakani Nagar Eaters Stop restaurant offers a pleasant ambiance, but unfortunately, not the good food. Had the worst dining experience ever. We began with soups, both vegetarian and non-vegetarian, and found them to be rather disappointing. The starters we ordered, including Apollo fish, chilli fish, chicken lollipops, chili egg, and mushrooms, were also a letdown. Particularly, the chicken lollipops were subpar. We believe the chicken is not fresh, cooked it by taking from the fridge. When we raised this concern, they replaced them with chilli fish(this time it was not as good as the one I ordered earlier). The main courses didn't fare much better. We were left wondering if we had received rotis or papads when we tried them with kaju paneer and kadai chicken. Both curries were disappointing, and all the rotis were overcooked to the point of being burnt. The curries seemed undercooked as well. The biryani rice was passable in comparison. We heard that the restaurant had transferred their chefs to a new branch and was currently operating with assistants. This change in kitchen staff may have contributed to the decline in food quality and taste. All in all, our experience at Kakani Nagar Eaters Stop was a complete letdown, and we felt that our money was wasted. We have no plans to revisit this restaurant and would not recommend it to others.
