Food we ordered was served 1.5 hours later, but the complete order was not provided. Only half the food provided. Later they said the food is over. Having a baby in hand, asked for rice and curd, but got half boiled rice and very sour curd. When asked why delayed, nobody responded. Very very poor service, the worst I faced in trivandrum.
