The Chinese cuisine is nice at this restaurant. Food delivery is an important benefit of East Bengal Tawa. That's a good idea to order perfectly cooked chicken biryani, fried chicken and chicken rolls. Come here for the cool atmosphere. But this place is not highly estimated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Third class burji... 150 charge , 86 delivery charge....in 286 I cud do much better....in bhurji, u found sev mamra , n not egg , omlette s tukda....hopeless

Yesterday I ordered Special Chicken Dum Biryani, Kolkata Awadhi Style from East Bengal Tawa through Zomato. The overall food experience was terrible. Compared to the price even the Salad & Raita quantities were very little. I would not recommend East Bengal Tawa to anyone unless they can improve their food quality by leaps & bounds. Special Chicken Dum Biryani, Kolkata Awadhi Style with Boiled Egg & Potato, was tasteless & awful and not at all like Kolkata Style Biryani in Flavour & Taste. The typical Kolkata Style Biryani Taste & Flavour was totally missing and there was no Flavour of Kewra too which is distinct mark of any Kolkata Style Biryani. The flavours did not even seep into the Chicken & Potato pieces. My RATING: 1/5 This item, with 4/5 Rating by 30 customers on Zomato, seems to be highly overrated & misleading. Honestly speaking at its current level of Taste & Flavour it is not even worth Rs200 which is half of its current rate of Rs390 + Tax I would request East Bengal Tawa to discontinue this item from it's menu and send their Chef for training in the art of cooking Kolkata Style Biryani. There are a few outlets in Ahmedabad where this item is cooked much better & is reasonably authentic. Very disappointed!
