The most laziest staff , opens at 3 pm , who open’s cafe at 3, this people opens cafe according to their time n comfort. Worst cafe n worst staff

Honestly, I would have given 5 stars some 1-2 years back. But now the Staff is Just plain RUDE and not ready to apologize even at a professional level. Their Cakes have also downright degraded. I will personally not be purchasing anymore but Hopefully the next customers do realize that this is what you will be getting. There are many other cafes that have really polite customer service, just give them a chance. This Cafe has spoiled such a large order during such an important celebration and has now lost my entire family as their customers. I occasionally visit this cafe, mainly for the coffee. The bakery items are excellent, and the food is good too. The atmosphere has a great cafe vibe. It's not too pricey, but definitely not cheap. Overall, it's a good spot. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
