The ambience of the place is good, no doubt about that, but the quality of food is not worth the price. Perhaps, to meet the cost expenses, the owner has priced its dishes this high. The quantity is okay but the quality is not up to the mark. Do not waste your money here if you want to have some good food. But if you want to click some selfies and you are not bothered about the food quality, then you may visit. Not visiting the place the second time. Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Absolutely disgusted by the unanticipated behaviour of the manager/cashier of the restaurant. We ordered a couple of dishes and waited patiently for our order to be served. However, when it was over 45 mins, and we did mention to them that there were females in the group and we had certain time constraints and if they could check on the order once as we had to be home by a certain time. The reply to that was "The order is getting ready". After an hour of waiting, all of us hungry and frustrated, decided to leave and informed the waiter, "Please cancel the order as it has been over an hour" and stood up to leave as we had a hard stop by then to which the manager promptly replied that "The order is ready to be served" and the waiter immediately got some plates to the table. We waited for another 10 mins without luck. After which, we asked him again about the order and when he mentioned again that the same is ready, we asked him to pack whatever they have cooked and give the bill as it was already very late. We lost the mood and appetite to eat already. They took another 15 mins to pack and meanwhile got us the bill. We did ask the manager why was it taking so long to pack, if the order was already ready and considering the restaurant was almost empty. The manager did not have a response to the same, but I have been in utter shock as to what happened next. They charged us 75Rs for packing which isn't a huge amount but my question to the manager was, "Since you didn't even serve us the food on time, you should maybe waive off the packing charge". To be honest, his reply was totally uncalled for; he started arguing as why they should have a packing charge. He also said, "It is you who is leaving, we had our food ready". My question to this manager is, "If our food was ready, why wasn't it served for over an hour". We just paid the bill and left as we had no strength to argue. Trust me, delay in service is accepted, however obnoxious behaviour isn't acceptable at all. Ideally, such places should be dragged to "Consumer Court" for misbehavior. But, I leave this review here to the interest of the owner as to either train the staff of basic decency or not expect customers at all with such highly unprofessional behaviour. Alongside, I am also aware that I am not getting any response to my review, as I did see that you people only reply to the good ones and not to any of negative feedback.
