We chose this spot for a special family lunch to celebrate my mom's birthday during Navratri, and it turned out to be an unforgettable experience from start to finish. The ambience at Eleve is nothing short of magical—think elegant, minimalist decor with warm lighting that creates an intimate yet sophisticated vibe. Perched on the property's edge, the restaurant boasts breathtaking panoramic views of the misty Himalayan foothills, especially mesmerizing during the golden hour. It's the perfect backdrop for a heartfelt celebration, where the outside world fades away, leaving just the rustle of pine trees and the occasional chirp of birds. We couldn't sample Chef Bhimchand's non-veg specialties this time, but that's just motivation for our next visit.
