The food here is below average both in taste and quality. From the non-alcoholic beverages to the starters to the main course, everything tasted below average. The only saving grace was the ambience. The staff was courteous but they really need more people so that the service is quick.

they really need to work on improvising the service part, as the first 1 hour for us was pathetic, we had to ask multiple times just for having the seating arrangement done, and then no one came for taking the order. had to call the manager thrice within an hours after which we got the response. in first one hour, I was surprised to see such service in Novotel

Food was pathetic. it was good enough till last year but its not tasty now. Service was good and ambience was also cool, diappointed with food and sittibg arrangment also.
